Noleggio Auto Furgone

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and Noleggio Auto Furgone for the rental of vehicles. Please read them carefully before making a reservation, as they contain important information about your rights and responsibilities as a customer, as well as our obligations to you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our rental service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license held for at least one year. For non-EU drivers, an International Driving Permit may be required.

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable upon vehicle pickup.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at pickup. The amount varies depending on the vehicle type: €300 for Vespas, €500 for cars, and €800 for vans.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may incur a charge of one day's rental.

6. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are covered by basic insurance. The customer is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including damage caused by negligence or violation of rental terms.

7. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used only for legal purposes and in compliance with all road laws and regulations. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy.
